'Dr Phil' to air interview with Aaron Hernandez's fiancee

According to the Associated Press, Jenkins-Hernandez says the former tight end for the New England Patriots was upbeat during their last phone conversation, a day before Hernandez's bod was found in his prison cell.

"I don't think this was a suicide", Shayanna Jenkins-Hernandez said in an interview that aired today on the "Dr. Phil" show.

She called the acquittal a high point in her fiancee's legal drama, and the night before he died, he told their 4-year-old daughter, Avielle, he was coming home and couldn't wait to sleep in the bed with her and her mother.

Days prior to his death, Hernandez was found not guilty of a 2012 double homicide.

Hernandez was serving a life sentence when, authorities say, he was found dead in his cell at the Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center on April 19, 2017.

Kennedy was one of only three people who were left handwritten letters by the hulking Hernandez, who hung himself in his cell.

"I don't know what to believe, to be honest with you", she said.

Though Jenkins-Hernandez said she doesn't think her husband killed himself, she didn't expound on alternative explanations for his death.

Caffeine Overdose Killed South Carolina Teen: Coroner
Watts says that the teen had no signs of a preexisting, undiagnosed heart issue that would have contributed to his death. He consumed the Diet Mountain Dew "a little time after that" and the energy drink sometime after the soda.

In fact, it has since been theorized that the real motivation for Lloyd's murder was that Lloyd knew about Hernandez's homosexual tendencies and threatened to tell Shayanna, who was his girlfriend's sister. I don't think this was a suicide, knowing him. Jenkins Hernandez said the two "boys" are a godson and D.J. Hernandez, Aaron's brother.

"It was addressed to Shay, instead of babe or bae", Jenkins-Hernandez said.

"When the host asked her if the handwriting on the suicide note belonged to Hernandez, she admitted, "[It] was similar, but I feel like, again, you have nothing but time in there so I feel like it's easily duplicated or could be".

It remains unclear whether Jenkins-Hernandez will receive a National Football League pension or other funds due to ongoing wrongful-death litigation. "We were going up a ladder, in a sense, to a positive direction", she said. She'd just spoken to him the night before he hung himself. According to his fiancee, the suicide note Aaron Hernandez left for her was unusual and not necessarily written as she imagined he would have done.

She said their final conversation was abruptly cut off.

"It screamed love, but it wasn't personal, it wasn't intimate".

"Aaron was spiritual but he wasn't the kind of guy to get up every Sunday and go to church", she told Dr. Phil. There were some odd parts where it just didn't make sense, it wasn't clicking in my head as far as what he may have been thinking or what he was trying to say.
