Durant not feeling pressure of NBA Finals expectations

Saturday, 03 Jun, 2017

For the Warriors, one of the best runs of winning in National Basketball Association history has commenced over the last three seasons. He has made the Cavaliers better than they were. If the Warriors get behind early and the crowd is silenced a bit, how do they respond?

"They're going to challenge us offensively, defensively, mentally, physically".

Here's what you can expect to see in the rubber match of this epic trilogy from two dynamic super teams.

Cavs vs. Warriors, Act III, is set to begin. "That's something that we've learned". "Through a confluence of events, they were able to add Durant, and it's great for the Warriors, great to have a great team".

"It has been a great motivating factor", Warriors guard Stephen Curry said. "But we're not satsified".

Defense has been the question for the Cavaliers all season.

The series kicks off tomorrow (1 June) in the Golden State stadium in Oakland, California, and will continue until 18 June, unless one team wins the final beforehand.

"I'll be focused tomorrow on the game, on all the games", James said.

Curry hasn't been at his best in the last two Finals series, but his scorching form during the playoffs and most importantly his clean bill of health puts him in the flawless position to take centre stage come Friday. The only other time a Finals matchup featured 11 former All-Stars came in 1983 when Philadelphia swept the Los Angeles Lakers. Golden State does not. The two best teams in the National Basketball Association back to duke it out for the third year in a row. So why not want to see it again? Last year, Russell Westbrook was Durant's teammate.

GOP focus on lowering health premiums may undermine benefits
In 2010, the CBO projected that about 24 million would be on the Obamacare exchanges by 2017. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., said that 23 million more uninsured people is "unacceptable".

We can not forget the match-up of the series LeBron vs. KD.

2K Sports today released the results of its annual NBA Finals simulation using NBA 2K17, and it's the Warriors who come out on top this year, defeating the Cavs in a thrilling seven-game series. Helping LeBron deliver the city of Cleveland its first championship in 52 years.

"It has nothing to do with passing him in rings, passing him in points, passing him in MVPs". Because of my respect for LeBron James, I will say this series goes 6, but the Warriors get their revenge. It's not something that - when you're chasing greatness, that's the expectation. I've got to play it by ear - if I'm feeling good I should coach and if I'm not feeling up to it, then I shouldn't.

The two teams have steamrolled through the postseason, going a collective 24-1 in the playoffs.

James has reached a rarefied air this postseason, surpassing Michael Jordan on the career playoff scoring list while leading Cavs through an Eastern Conference that looked more overmatched than ever.

"We know it's going to be a battle".

"I feel good about our chances", LeBron James said this week.

That's why a historic 12-0 playoff start won't mean much if it doesn't culminate in a crown. "You don't care who you've got to take down, you just want to take whoever that is down".
