Stars turn out for Deepika Padukone's 'Padmavati' party

The titular character of Padmavati has been depicted by Deepika Padukone, while Shahid Kapoor plays the role of Maharawal Ratan Singh and Ranveer Singh plays the role of Alauddin Khilji. She has also been flooded with praise for her performance of Ghoomar, which has social media in a tizzy as people upload in their versions of the Ghoomar dance. Her appearance at the Padmavati trailer was planned. The movie also stars Shahid Kapoor. She was finishing some patchwork of Padmavati but he asked her to attend the event and complete her shoot after that.

We hear that a promotional schedule is already in place and Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh's teams are on the same page about who will attend what and where; so there is no confusion.
